Brad Pitt

William Bradley Pitt was born on December 18, 1963, in Shawnee, a small town in the Midwest of the United States. He was the firstborn son of Bill and Jane Pitt, but their family expanded three years later with Douglas, and two years after that, with Julie.

The Pitt family were practicing Baptists, and Brad himself belonged to the church choir. He excelled in school and was involved in student government. As a teenager, he was primarily interested in film, art, and music. After high school, he began studying at the University of Missouri, intending to pursue a career in journalism. In 1986, he abandoned his previous plans and moved to Hollywood. Initially, he lived with six other aspiring actors, worked in telemarketing, and even performed as a chicken mascot promoting a chain of Mexican restaurants.
